Ultimate You not only transformed our bodies but our minds and life as well. When going through the Ultimate You franchise process, in the beginning, it was pretty scary, because we had never done anything like this before. But up to this day we have experienced massive growth and have a lot more confidence. That is because of the UY team, and Andy of course. The team constantly mentored us through the process, with everything structurally designed and planned for us so that it didn’t feel like a huge task anymore. We knew where we had to be and what we had to do. Everything was put in place and it was not a jigsaw puzzle anymore. It all fit perfectly because we knew what we had to do to succeed.

I fell in love with the UY culture, and their values are all in line with what I stand for. I hadn’t been in business before, so this was quite a nervous time for me, however, I found the whole process from the time of an inquiry, right through to signing the franchise agreement, to be really supportive. I got all the answers that I was after, and people are highly organized and that is what I really love about the whole process. I was never left hanging without any answers. Since starting this journey at Ultimate you Croydon, I found that running a business is highly demanding, challenging yet its rewarding at the same time. From a personal point of view, I guess for me, I realized that I am more than capable when I set my mind to it!
